Foot Odor – Take the Stink Out of Your Feet
Foot odor can be stressful. You can’t relax around other people by taking your shoes off because you never know what your feet will smell like. Don’t let smelly feet ruin your life. Get rid of foot odor with some very simple things from your kitchen.You can run a cotton ball that has been dipped in Vodka over your feet. Make sure you get in between your toes and under them. The alcohol will help kill any odor causing bacteria.
You can soak your feet in just enough mouthwash to cover your feet or you can use a cotton ball and wipe the mouthwash all over your feet, in between your toes and underneath your toes. Mouthwash is made to kill bacteria in your mouth that can cause bad breath, but it will also kill the bacteria that causes foot odor also.
Do you have a child that has stinky feet? If so, try this little trick. Mix up your favorite Jell-o and while it is still liquid, let your child soak their feet in it (about 2o minutes). Just be careful of the grape Jell-o, it tends to leave your feet a little stained. And unless you are Barney the Dinosaur, you probably don’t want purple feet.
Soaking your feet for 15 minutes in one cup white vinegar mixed with one gallon of warm water will help lower your pH level of your skin and neutralize the odors.
Two Tablespoons of baking soda mixed in one gallon of warm water makes a soothing foot bath that will help cure that foot odor. Soak your feet for 15 minutes. If you do this twice a week, it will prevent foot odor.
Regular table salt will help dry up the sweat between your toes. Mix one cup salt with a gallon of warm water. Soak your feet for about 15 minutes.
